Who can I ask for help with my order?
How long does it usually take once it has been placed and paid for?
We aim to deliver our orders in 3-4 Weeks, excluding holiday periods.
As we custom make each job, sometimes there are factors out of our control that extend this time-line. We will get in touch if we think your job will be delayed for any reason beyond our normal turn around time.
I have an idea for a vanity, but you don’t list it as an option. Can you make it for me?
Within reason, we aim to provide a fully customisable product to suit your project. We work out of a modern joinery shop with latest technologies available. We can adjust the sizes, configurations, and styles to your needs. Use our custom order form or send us an email to start the process!
I want to match the other colours in my house, is this an option?
We can provide our polyurethane 2-pac finish in basically any colour providing you can supply us with the name or code to match!
What happens if I want to change my order?
Our website allows you to check your order before payment is placed. As our vanities are custom made once the construction process has been started, we are unable to change your order. Please contact our customer service office at [email protected] we will endeavour to help you.
