We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 4 weeks from when your customised vanity has been ordered. Whilst we aim to process the orders as quickly as possible, some finishes and accessories can lead to delays. We will notify you if your order is going to be delayed outside of our usual time frame.
Due to the weight and size of the vanities, shipping is only available to your nearest freight depot, alternatively a business address with a fork lift available can be used.

Dispatching your order
We use FedEx/Tnt Road express for all our deliveries. Once your customised vanity has been designed and ordered, your vanity will immediately begin to be made to your specifications, this process takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Once your vanity has been packaged for shipping you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email from the relative courier, please check you junk mail or alternatively contact us at [email protected]
Returns
Custom Vanities
- As our items are customised to your specifications, we do not provide returns on any custom vanities. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Accessories
- 30-day returns are accepted on all accessories from purchase date.
- 20% restocking fee of invoice price applies and return postage to be made by the purchaser back to Customised Vanities Pty Ltd.
- Returned goods must be in original packaging and condition, if goods are not successfully returned Customised Vanities Pty Ltd has the right to deny refunds.
Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Please inspect goods as they arrive at your house and if they visually look damaged please let the driver know.
If you notice damage to the goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery please contact us. Our team will work with you to get photos emailed to inspect the damage. As goods may be stored on building sites or moved around by your trades we cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred. Our insurance is only valid for 24 hours from time of delivery.
It is very important that your trades inspect goods before installation. Goods that are damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Customised Vanities Pty Ltd or our suppliers.
Goods found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing defects are covered by the product warranties and will usually be handled by the product supplier or manufacturer who provides after sales service support to goods properly installed by a plumber. You can usually find the manufacturer’s details on the product warranty cards or their website or please Contact our team and we will help you get this sorted.
Goods found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects are covered by warranties and are not included in the damaged goods return process. All Vanities, hardware and accessories are covered by their manufacturer’s warranties as outlined in the Warranty section.
Customer/ couriers pickups
Customer pickups, if you wish to pick up your customised vanity from our warehouse, customers are to pick up their orders within 7 days of completion of their orders. Failure to do so may incur an additional storage fee of $20.00 per day.
Customers who wish to organise their own courier will not be covered by Customised Vanities Pty Ltd insurance for damages incurred in transit.

- 7am – 3pm Monday to Thursday
- 7am – 12pm Fridays
